Adjustments of outgoings on the property (water, rates, body corporate levies) and working out what portion the buyer and seller pay for each one. Selling agents, banks and the buyer’s solicitor each need to be ready for settlement to occur on a particular day and time.
Thankfully our team are expert organisers and we’ll do everything we can to ensure that settlement occurs on time. We can even arrange for the agent’s commission to be paid at settlement, so you don’t have to worry about it afterwards.
