As part of our conveyancing process, we’ll help you decide what searches are right for you taking into account the age, type and location of the property. 

The cost we incur in ordering the search on your behalf is the only cost in the property search process we pass onto you. As part of our standard conveyancing service, we also undertake a full review of all property searches once the results are received and provide you with a report summarising the search results (and any red flags).
